The zoning has been done around the traditional spatial element courtyards which is being used to provide modern amenities along with natural light and ventilation with connectivity and privacy between the indoor and outdoor spaces .
Located at Kengeri satellite town this new upcoming project is a contemporary building designed to stand out amongst the growing vicinity. The unique vertical massing with a blend of glass, concrete and aluminium composite panels(ACP) make the façade more alluring with a firm design methodology and approach .
